I agree that any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Company’s services, actions, or failure to act, excluding legal action taken by the Company to collect or recover damages for, or obtain any injunction relating to, site operations, intellectual property, and the Company’s services, shall be settled solely by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS.  Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.  The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.  I agree that either I or the Company may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles, California necessary to protect the rights or property of myself and Crown Model Management pending the completion of arbitration.  Furthermore, I agree that each party shall bear one-half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred through JAMS.

I understand that Crown Model Management (“Company”; the owner of this website and the domains www.CrownModelManagement.com and www.ManagerXXX.com) is a personal manager for models and talent and is registered as such in the State of California. I understand and agree that the Company’s sole duty to its clients is to use reasonable efforts to promote, develop and advance their careers in the entertainment industry, and to advise and counsel each client with regards to all aspects of the entertainment industry. I understand that the Company is not an employment agent or talent agent and is not licensed as such under the laws of California or the laws of any other state. I understand that Crown Model Management has and will never offer or attempt to obtain, seek or procure employment or engagements for their models/clients. I understand that all statements made here or anywhere else on this website or within any outside advertisement of the Company are not intended as earnings or income claims or promises. I understand that the Company DOES NOT guarantee, imply or predict that I will get rich or achieve any level of stardom or success by signing a personal management agreement (“ PMA”) with the Company or by becoming involved with  the Company in any capacity. I understand that the Company does not guarantee that I will do as well as others or that I will earn any money at all.

I understand that the Company will occasionally (not in every case) offer a one-time signing bonus that is both conditional and deferred in nature to eligible models that are under a PMA with the Company. I understand that Crown Model Management will never offer a non-conditional signing bonus or a signing bonus that is payable immediately upon signing a PMA to anyone. I will not be eligible to receive a signing bonus from the Company unless I receive and sign a printed contract addendum of such a (deferred) bonus, bearing the Owner’s signature (the owner of Crown Model Management) on the same day that I sign my PMA with the Company. If I am eligible to receive a deferred signing bonus from the Company, I agree that the one-time bonus I am to receive from the Company or its owner shall not be greater than ten percent (10%) of the total commission received by the Company from me, as the Model, during my first six months (6 months) under my initial PMA with the Company. Also, no signing bonus from the Company shall exceed $1,300 US. I understand and agree that I will not receive payout of a signing bonus from the Company before or within the first six (6) months of my PMA with the Company under any condition.

By submitting electronically, in-person, or otherwise any personal information or media including but not limited to photos and video of myself or others to Crown Model Management, I am communicating that I am the sole legal owner of said media, photos and/or video. By submitting electronically, in-person, or otherwise any information or media including but not limited to photos and video of myself or others to Crown Model Management, I agree that Crown Model Management may use, edit, alter, and/or publish such personal information and/or media to promote myself on their website, to advertise the Company’s services and/or for any other purpose(s) Crown Model Management so chooses. By submitting any information or media, whether electronically, in-person, or otherwise, including but not limited to my name and contact information or media including images or video of myself and others to Crown Model Management, I am relinquishing all ownership rights and copyrights to said media, photos and/or video and personal information and I agree that the Company may forward and/or sale the media, photos and/or video and personal information to any third-party for purposes including, but not limited to, publishing on third-party websites.

I agree to refrain from distributing any of the media (including, but not limited to videos and/or photographs) contained within this website, in whole or part, without prior written consent from Crown Model Management. I understand that violations or infringement of the Company’s rights will result in legal action against me.

I understand that Crown Model Management will from time-to-time send out CAN-SPAM compliant e-mail blasts to e-mail addresses on their subscriber list. By contacting the company through the site, via electronic mail, in person, or otherwise, I agree that my e-mail address may automatically be added to the Company’s e-mail list. I understand that I will be removed from the mailing list within 10 days by sending a reply e-mail to the Company with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line.
